Notes:
Jasmina Kalasa hails from the United Hindu Collective in the Federated Suns. She came from a poor family but was able to achieve mechwarrior status by earning a spot on her regional Training Battalion. She eventually joined the Islamabad March Militia, but her company was torn apart from within on Panpour during the FedCom Civil War. After her unit was destroyed, she decided to join a local mercenary group that was in-system at the time, Braga's Buzzing Bees. To this day, she refuses to answer the question of whether she supported Katrina Steiner-Davion or Victor Steiner-Davion in the civil war.

Kalasa's combat style exemplifies the approach of the Spider Monkey lance. She will aggressively harass mechs up to twice her size by jumping to within "hugging" distance, frequently using the retractable blades on her Stealth to deadly effect. One might expect her to display a similarly aggressive personality outside the cockpit, but she is in fact very soft-spoken and quiet. She is also the token intellectual on the Monkeys roster, as she enjoys reading social theory and philosophy in her spare time.

After the action on Acamar, The Monkeys used the excess salvage to replace Kalasa's Wasp with a Stealth STH-2D. Since then, she has customized her Stealth to incorporate two retractable blades which she can use to deadly effect at knife-fighting range.
